Hey guys, Jade here. I'm off to Peru to climb the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. You may be thinking, How did you prep for this four-day, three-night hiking adventure? Did I work out? Take long arduous hikes?

No, I made a couple of playlists, because I like to stick to my strengths. I'm not sure if I'll survive, but assuming I do, I'll see you in a little while to report back. In the meantime, I did want to share my playlists with you, so you can be with me in spirit. One is to help me chill out and enjoy the scenery (note there's a song title in there that might not be for the little ones); the other is full of motivation and heavy beats to help propel my body up the mountain.

Check them out and try them for your workouts (yoga, running, lifting delicious food to your mouth … you get the idea). Let me know what you think, and share some of your favorite workout songs.
