First same sex couple married — Mayor RT Rybak with the first same-sex couple to marry legally in the state of Minnesota.

Same-sex couples in Minnesota and Rhode Island can legally marry starting today. Dozens of gay couples have already held their ceremonies in Minneapolis. In fact, the first couple was married at Minneapolis' City Hall by Mayor RT Rybak. Local musicians Jeremy Messersmith, Chris Koza, Matt Wilson, and John Munson were all on hand to sing "Love Is All You Need" at the ceremony.

For the first day of so many newly legal weddings, let's put together a set of songs about marriage or matrimony for today's 9:30 Coffee Break.
