Bethany from Best Coast tweeted some advice for our new norm this week, "...while staying at home is very important SO is your mental health. If you're single/live alone and have been spiraling like me, SAFELY seeing humans and getting outside and doing approved outdoor activities is vital y'all. This too shall pass."

"Everything Has Changed" ... "And It's Still Alright" at one and two this week?! Coincidence, I think not. And it's also the last week it could've happened as Nathaniel Rateliff is inducted to our Chart Hall of Fame for the sixth time and Polica for the seventh, putting them at Number Twenty on the All-Time HOF. It's just over a year ago that lead singer Channy fell off the roof of her house.

Up to three after eight weeks on the Chart is Soccer Mommy, who's new album Color Theory is our Album of the Week. Mac Wilson wrote in his Album of the Week review, "Sophie Allison takes what she calls the 'music of my childhood' and basically runs it through a blender."

Highest upward movers are The Strokes, on the chart for the very first time. If you're new to these NYC legends and want to see what to listen to next NME published a list of 65 of their songs in order of greatness, "Someday" won.

Another appropriately titled song is the highest new entry, from Atmosphere. Their label Rhymesayers updated a list of tour cancellations and postponements, "Please know that what you are feeling, we are feeling as well".

New at thirteen is another from Brittany Howard's debut solo record, Jaime. It celebrates the relationship she had with her sister, before she died too soon. So kids, be nice to each other during this time of turmoil and let's hope we can see Brittany, with Tegan and Sara, Channy, Joseph, Jay Som and more at Rock the Garden.

Stepping into the number sixteen spot as another new entry are the sisters in HAIM, who are one of the latest bands to reschedule an album release until the summer.

Only two steps up for Margaret Glaspy this week to #18, but she'll make a BIG step into the mainstream on Saturday morning for the CBS This Morning Session.

Meghan Remy's seventh album under the name U.S. Girls is also getting a higher profile, New York times dedicated a feature to her new Heavy Light saying it's attuned to internal trauma.

Stay safe and be peaceful to each other!
