Riding the wave of acclaim for their new album, The Cure jump from No. 15 to No. 2 in just three weeks on the list of eligible songs with “A Fragile Thing,” while Billie Eilish’s “BIRDS OF A FEATHER” flits to No. 1 following a two-night stand at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.
