Sometimes, we all must look at ourselves and figure out who we are. Musicians have done this many times, and then they’ve put it into song. Sometimes the description is symbolic, or it expresses the feeling of a person or group. Sometimes it’s a bold declaration, or it can just be a statement of fact. Whatever the case — today, let’s explore identities through music!

Speaking of identities, are YOU a member of The Current yet? Give to the Max Day is tomorrow, but you don’t have to wait until then to donate to The Current!

So for today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs that make an “I am” or “We are” statement would you like to hear?
