This week, Transmission is all about 1984 -- no, not the George Orwell novel, though that would be pretty sweet, too -- we're talking about the year in music 1984. Rolling Stone magazine recently went on record saying it was the greatest year EVER for pop music. So this week, Jake Rudh will not only touch on some of those celebrated pop records, but those college records that came out that same year as well, and after hearing the selections, maybe you too will agree that they stand up against the test of time.
