Most folks hear the words "80s New Wave" and think synth-heavy dance and pop tunes. Jake Rudh guesses they wouldn't be wrong about that, either. But this week on the show, Jake is going to slow things down a bit and focus on the ballads from the New Wave scene. A number of the tunes you're going to hear are going to be instantly recognizable from some of the decade's biggest films, while others will hopefully just remind you that these makeup-wearing bands could write a solid love song as well.
