Statistics show most people stop following and disc new music in their 30s; age 33, to be exact. Now of course, that's not true for most of you — that's why you're tuned in to The Current — but statistically speaking, it is sadly true.

So for those of you who loved classic-alternative music back in the '80s and '90s but haven't been following since, this week's Transmission is especially for you.
This Thursday, Jake Rudh focuses on new music from legacy and classic-alternative artists who have been at it for decades — but wait, before you write it off, take Jake's word for it: you're going to be impressed. Actually, don't take Jake's word for it — please tune in, and he'll prove it to you.
