It's back-to-school time, and that's exactly why Transmission is heading back to the classroom this week as well. But we're not talking about just any school here; this one is quite specific: William McKinley High School during the 1980-81 school year to be exact. This Thursday night, we celebrate back to school with the freaks and geeks of the program Freaks and Geeks. If you saw the show in its short run back in the day, you probably loved it as much as Jake Rudh did, and it's for that very reason we go back and listen to what Sam, Nick, Lindsay, Ken, Neal, Daniel, Haverchuck and the rest of the crew were listening to. Between the new wave, classic rock and pop tracks, Jake promises it's going to be both freaky and geeky in the best of ways.
