Bill DeVille welcomes English singer-songwriter Michael Kiwanuka for a Theft of the Dial, where we'll get to hear some of Michael Kiwanuka's favorite music, and also about Kiwanuka's growth as a musician and his influences.

Kiwanuka grew up in London's Muswell Hill district, and he has fond memories of going to school there and being introduced to the sound of the electric guitar.

Something Kiwanuka describes as a "bucket list" item has been working on his last two albums, Love & Hate and Kiwanuka, with esteemed record producer Danger Mouse. "You learn so much working with someone like that," Kiwanuka says.
