Leaves across Minnesota are changing color very quickly this year and cold weather is spurring the quick transformation. Recent freezes up north have "kick-started" peak color, says the DNR.

So if you're in the mood for some fall colors, you probably want to head out as soon as possible. The DNR has several recommendations for beautiful fall observation including Lake Vermillion Park Drive, Bear Head State Park, Savanna Portage State Park, and William O'Brien State Park.

And in the meantime, what songs do you want to hear for today's 9:30 Coffee Break that mention leaves, fall colors, etc.?
