Today on The Current's Morning Show, we've got an announcement about Rock the Garden 2022 — which will happen Saturday, June 11. Co-presented by Walker Art Center and The Current, Rock the Garden has been one of the premier summertime concert events in the Twin Cities, with live music outdoors at Walker Art Center and the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. The lineup for Rock the Garden 2022 will be announced on Tuesday, March 1, with tickets going on sale to members of MPR and Walker Art Center on Thursday, March 3.

The pandemic has prevented Rock the Garden for a couple of years — so to help us remember the magic of Rock the Garden, we're thinking back to the last time we were able to host the event, in 2019, which featured the National, Courtney Barnett, X, Bad Bad Hats, Adia Victoria, and the Beths.
