Halloween Week on The Current
Halloween Week on The CurrentMPR

October 24, 2022

For fun Halloween-themed events in the Twin Cities all week long, check out The Current’s guide: Halloween week 2022: Live music and other things to do in Minneapolis and St. Paul and there’s even more seasonal fun in The Current’s 89 Days of Fall.

Here’s what we have planned for the week:

  • Monday, October 24, to Friday, October 28: Band Ghost Stories with Ayisha (5:30 p.m.) Halloween is upon us. And what’s a better way to get into the spooky spirit than hearing ghost stories?! Join Ayisha Jaffer each night as she shares a ghost story and a song. Will they be terrifying? Haunting? Hilarious? You’ll have to listen to find out!

  • Monday, October 24, to Thursday, October 27: They’re getting spooky this week on The Message on Carbon Sound. Sanni B. will be playing some of her favorite strange, weird, creepy, crawly tracks. Tune in to hear Sani live on The Message from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

  • Thursday, October 27: Transmission is classic alternative Halloween-esque tracks (10 p.m. to 11 p.m.)

  • Saturday, October 29: The Saturday Theme is spooky songs (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.)

  • Saturday, October 29: Second Annual Hallowhiskey Party at O’Shaughnessy Distilling Co. (7 p.m.) Details here

  • Sunday, October 30: The Local Show is Halloween/spooky songs by local artists from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

  • Monday, October 31: Trick or Treat Songs with Ayisha (6 p.m. to 8 p.m.)

Plus, Jade has curated a Halloween playlist for your listening pleasure.
