Producer/keyboardist Paul Fox, known for his work with some of the biggest names in ‘80s R&B and ‘90s Alternative Rock, died peacefully on December 25, 2022, after a 10-year battle with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease. He was 68.
Fox began his career in music as a session keyboardist, working with Pointer Sisters, Rod Stewart, Patti LaBelle, and Mötley Crüe, among others. His work as a producer took off in the ‘90’s in the emerging world of alternative rock. Fox produced notable artists such as The Wallflowers, Phish, The Sugarcubes, Edwin McCain, 10,000 Maniacs, and Semisonic.
