Today’s topic is ASMR, which stands for autonomous sensory meridian response. It refers to a “tingly little feeling” that you get in response to certain sounds, feelings, and more. Think whispers, crackles, and scratches.

These sensations are said to spread throughout your whole body, from across the skull or down the back of the neck and, for some, down the spine or limbs.

The music angle? Which songs have soft, soothing sounds in them that trigger goosebumps or head tingles, or send a shiver down your spine?

For today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, which songs that give you that “tingly little feeling” do you want to hear?
