As a Morning show host, my routine involves waking up early, helping wake you up with good music, turning on the microphone, and being your morning companion as you get ready for work, school, or whatever adventure you have in front of you.

Though we have this part of our routines in common, we all still have some differences in how we go about our mornings. Some people prefer a bigger breakfast when they wake up, and some are a grab-a-granola-bar-and-go kind of person. Some can hop out of bed right away, and for others, maybe it takes a little longer to roll onto your feet. Some are mostly working on getting other members of their household out of bed.

However you do your a.m. time, think about some songs that describe your morning routine. Another option: name the perfect song to start your morning off right.

For today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, which songs about morning routines and/or waking up do you want to hear?
