There’s a big push for the top of the charts from local acts Mae Simpson, whose “Cap Guns” hit No. 3 this week; and Durry, with their song “Coming of Age” climbing from 19 all the way to No. 2. Meanwhile, Hozier remains undefeated at No. 1 for a second week.

There are returns to the chart from Wilco and OK Go. Plus, Brittany Howard’s new song “What Now” enters the chart at No. 17. Mitski’s “Bug Like An Angel” rounds out a 10-week run in the chart, landing at No. 7 and entering the Chart Show Hall of Fame.

Vote for your favorite new songs of this week and be entered for a chance to win a pair of tickets to see Liz Phair at the Palace Theatre on November 17.

Then be sure to listen to the Chart Show on Thursday at noon!
