There is nothing wrong with a little back and forth, and sometimes the dynamics of a band can even resemble a game of tug of war. Today is National Tug of War Day — a day that honors the sport that some say goes back as far as 2500 B.C.

Versions of the game have been played across cultures both for fun and to settle differences. Today, let’s celebrate National Tug of War Day with Music!

So for today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs from bands with a tug-of-war or “push-pull” dynamic would you like to hear?
