After a vivacious holiday season, it’s time to rest up and recover. Good news — staying in your pajamas is the perfect thing to do today because it’s World Introvert Day! The holiday was created in 2011 by German psychologist and author, Felicitas Heyne, as a special day for those who tend to be on the shy side of things or like to keep to themselves. Heyne chose January 2 as the perfect day to decompress after the holidays.

Today, introverts around the globe can unite in their seclusion and take a deep, relaxing breath to celebrate a day just for them. Let’s get in on the fun by helping to craft the perfect World Introvert Day playlist.

So, for today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs that celebrate introverts would you like to hear?
