A LOT is going on in the sky in the next few days. When you look up on Thursday evening, the moon might look red because of a total lunar eclipse. On top of that, March’s full moon — typically called the “worm moon” in honor of the changing seasons — is Friday. With the red hue caused by the earth, moon, and sun being aligned, we’re looking at a phenomenon called a full “blood worm moon.”

From MPR News: Blood worm moon total eclipse Thursday night

According to MPR News, you should be able to start seeing the effects of the eclipse in Minnesota beginning around 11 p.m. Thursday, but let’s get in the mood for a celestial celebration by going lunar with music!

So, for today’s 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs related to the moon would you like to hear?
